We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused team member to support daily dealership operations and help create a welcoming experience for every guest. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workplace, and is comfortable assisting with a variety of tasks that keep the service department running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and assist with vehicle movement throughout the service area and lot.
• Park, retrieve, and transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive, parking areas, and customer waiting spaces.
• Support service advisors, technicians, and other team members with day-to-day operational needs.
• Check vehicle inventory and ensure keys, tags, and parking locations are properly managed.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections such as checking for visible damage or reporting concerns.
• Assist with shuttling customers or vehicles as needed, following company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Provide courteous, professional service that reflects a positive customer experience.

• Experience using hand-held devices or basic computer systems for tracking tasks.
